I've been in Live Chat with my domain host and have been HUNG UP ON!! by 2 different people after they get fed up trying to help me.

I set up everything according to them. Ports.. servers, everything. But I get this error message (screen shot) when I try to send anything.

Change the outgoing SMTP server to that of your ISP.
The fact you're using a MAC is irrelevant. The same thing would happen on a Windows machine.

My outgoing and incoming information was all filled out as they sent it to me. So I'm not sure what you mean?

You'll have put in a setting for a server for outgoing mail, typically SMTP.
Looking at the picture I presume you would have been asked to put in "smtp.doitwithlove.biz" somewhere.
You need to change that from how it is now to the one that your provider uses, typically "smtp.<provider name>.com".
Who is your internet provider?
