I'm hoping somebody can help me figure out what's going with my computer. This morning it was very sluggish. I ran nortan and malware bytes quick scans and nothing was found. One Malware quick scan took 32 minutes. Other programs work sometimes and freeze other times. I had several windows updates dl this morning. Every so often I get a " High memory usage by generic host process for win32 services" notice from Norton

Windows XP Pro
Version 5.1 Service Pack 3

Thanks
pdl
