There is a program that wants to install on my PC and I do not know what it is.
It has a strange name: /QN
It is from an unknown publisher
It wants to install at location /qn

I have googled /QN and it is a command line syntax. I do not have a location on my PC '/qn'.
This makes no sense to me, why would a program with this name want to install on my PC?
Is this possibly a trojan?

I have my browser sandboxed and it is offering to install it inside or outside the sandbox. I have not responded to this message as yet. If I chose 'inside' it will be trapped in the sandbox, however I would like to know what it is. There is no 'details' button to select.

Prior to this message appearing I had just upgraded Java and Adobe Flashplayer (Active X and Plugin) to the latest release for each.
I am using W7/32
