hi,

I am new to this but I shut the laptop pretty hard and now it wont start, I keep getting a blue error screen and it wont let me go any further.

I have not long had it fixed so I dont want to be spending more money on it.

Any help would be amazing thank you.

Welcome to GeekstoGo

Is the screen what is known as the Blue Screen of Death with an error message OR simply a plain blue screen.

If it is a screen with an error message what is the message please.

Also how hard is pretty hard.

You joined GeekstoGo on 16 Feb and asked for help.
You have not replied ONCE.
Please do so when you get chance, even if to say that problem has been diagnosed as - the slamming of the lid has rendered it beyond economical repair - although we of course hope that is not the case.
