I am trying to download Adobe Flash Player 11. The installation gets to 50% then stops. A message says I must close Mozilla Firefox to continue. I do not have anything open that I can see. How can I do this? Many thanks.

Ctrl+Alt+Del to open Task Manager.
Click on the Image Name column header to sort by name.
Look for anything with Mozilla or Firefox in it.
Right click on any you find and select End Process.

Try Adobe again.
