Help plz trojan cant fix

my norton said that i ahd this trojan called trojan.Alwayup but it cant delete it so i go to safe mode and i run a full scan but it always say that a critical problem occured when it was scanning. The virus allow pop ups to come up in the name of aurora and and sometimes downloads a pokeronline game along with this doggy icon "cash back pays u to shop" can someone please help me
