How do I know which programs I'm not using so I can uninstall them?

Hi Yoshi and :welcome:

Generally, you should look through Control Panel > Programs and Features and any program YOU installed, if you are not using it, you can uninstall it. If you are not sure, you should just leave it and do more research. Note that installed programs do nothing but take up disk space. And if not running low, then they are not hurting anything.

If you can be more specific about why you want to get rid of these, we can be more specific in our help.
