The company I work for upgraded servers and gave me the old one. It's a DELL PowerEdge 1600SC and is running SBS 2003 on it.

I brought it home last night, turned it on, and it won't let me log in. I know the UN/PW for the admin account but since it's no longer on the domain it won't let me in.

How the heck to I get into this thing.

Thanks

Since your work has upgraded the servers this one has likely been depromoted and can no longer authenticate the login process. Even if you could login, what would you want to do with it? It sounds like your best option would be to fresh install the operating system.

Use a password reset disk which modifies the registry and then log in locally ?
