If this is the wrong place for this, I apologize.
I need to restore a Lenovo G450, Model 2949 laptop to factory settings.

F11 is suppose to work but doesn't.
It's a refurbished laptop. Does that make a difference?
No disk came with it.
There seems to be a hidden partition.
Control Panel shows a '14.75GB Healthy (OEM Partition)'.

Any help appreciated,
Don

On your laptop right above the keyboard on the left side. Do you have two buttons?
One should be the power and the other is the restore button. Go HERE abd scroll down to page 2. Look below the number 10 on the left side and you will see the buttons I am describing.

Thank you.
The sound card no longer works so I bought another laptop.
I want to restore this one to factory defaults so I can sell it.
Thanks again,

Don

Not sure what the soundcard has to do with the instructions I gave. The page I linked to is the owners manual for your laptop with the location of the button that automatically allows you to return the laptop to factory settings and installed programs.
