All other pcs in my house are browsing web very
fast my gaming pc will connect to internet but when I go online it says dns lookup failed help please can't play bf3

Open an Elevated Command Prompt, type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.

If that doesn't help, try power cycling your equipment.

Power off all computers.
Power off Router.
Power off broadband modem, wait 1 minute.

Power on modem, wait for it to settle.
Power on Router, wait for it to settle.
Power on the computer having the problem.

Does that make any difference?
