Please clarify are you wanting a startup\repair disk or are you wanting to erase your HD as this is two different disks.

if your wanting to wipe your drive and put it back to like the day it left the factory there may be a recovery partition on the drive you can use....
if not go to the manufacture website and look for recovery disks...they are specific to the make and model number of your computer...
