Installshield Update entries query.

Hello,
I'm new to the forum, so I hope I've posted this question correctly.

Winpatrol tells me that "Installshield Update Service" is running as an active task on my Windows 7 computer. When I checked which applications it was updating it shows the following list -

Smart 6 B9.0722.3...........................on
DMIView B8.0717.01..........................on
{4D2778E5-AD01-4e75-A6DA-1D5831514609}......on
{50E4FCC7-90B9-48C6-9D17-7AE66F282878}......unknown
DES 2.0.....................................on

I think the first two and the last are programs associated with my motherboard's utilities programs but I do not know what the other two are. Does anyone know what these numbers represent? The fact that one of them is listed as "unknown" concerns me.
