Trouble with Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000

For some reason my webcam's picture is all distorted. Whenever I turn it on, the picture becomes all fuzzy and there is nothing I can do about it.

I've tried updating the drivers and giving it a fresh install but so far nothing has worked.

Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
