Since leaving my colleague mailprog
in Malware, what please have YOU tried to resolve the issue.
That information will of course save both of us time in going over ground that has already been covered.
I am presently acquainting myself with the details of the system etc in the Malware thread and I will post again shortly.
HAVING examined most of the Malware thread, it seems to me that you should start hereYou have ESET installed I think - please see the LIST on the link below under the heading crashes
If that falls within the area of my second paragraph on this post - already tried and you have examined the known conflicts with Google chrome, the it appears at this stage that you may have to resort to a new profile.
However I would not rush into that step BEFORE you have checked the known conflicts.
Does it crash if you disable all extensions as they are called in Chrome. (add-ons.)http://support.googl...n&answer=187443
I appreciate that this would not be a permanent fix, but you may find, IF IT does not then crash, that you can work through the add-ons one at a time, until a cause is established.
