I was advised by Nero, there was an update to their Kwik Media player, I duly downloaded the upgrade plus something called a prerequisite installer.
The player stopped working, in fact it tried to boot but went off again, so I reinstalled Nero 10 multimedia suite, no problems I thought until I came to add the music, it was all gone. I used a program called Recuva to find it and reinstate it back to its original position. The only problem I have now is that tracks are all over the place, open an album and play it, for example Genesis, I get tracks from the album, some classical, some other artist who shouldn't be there, this has happened to the whole of the music file. Again please help.
