hi everybody can somebody help me ?
when my pc is in boot and shows windows logo and blue vertical lines
when pc is turned on and then shows black vertical lines and some word are obscured by the vertical lines.
I recently updated the video driver. ( ATI radeon 9700 pro)

did this start prior to updating your video card driver...
if so...
roll back the video driver...lowdown here...
no....
did you install any new hardware or software just prior to having the problem...
how about any program or windows updates...
do you have another monitor you can try to make sure its not the monitor

it is realy bad :(
today i wanna turn on my pc and there says :
WARNING : dells disk monitoring system has detected that drive 0 on the
primary EIDE controller is operating outside of normal specifications. it is advisable to immediatly back up your data and replace your hard-disk drive by calling your support desk or dell computer corporation.
ALERT ! previus fan failure
strike F1 key to continue , F2 to run the setup utility

and i press F1 and then :


Windows could not start because the folowing file is missing or corrupted :
system32\DRIVERS\pci.sys
and he says that i need to run setup utility . ( from cd )
but i dont hav any cd :( what i neeed to do ????

its really hard to help if you don't do whats asked of you and then you start posting about a second computer in the first thread...
