The connection from the speakers are 1/4" cables, and they run to an interface, then that interface runs to my computer via USB. I wasn't sure if this is the best setup for using these speakers with a computer, or if I could find a sound card that would support them? Please let me know.

I need help finding a motherboard, an outer case, and anything else you could recommend. I'm thinking of buying a solid state HDD, let me know your opinion on them. Thanks for any help given!

Well first you need to decide if you are going to be using that CPU or getting one of the i series CPUs. Second the PSU is extremely high for what you need unless your going to have 2 GPUs inside of your build. Third you can not pick your memory without picking your board so forget about that memory for now. And finally I am going to need to know your budget and what this build will be used for.

Hi! I have decided I am going to stick with my Intel Core 2 Quad.

Is there anything wrong with using that power supply? I only plan to have one graphics card and one CPU (the Intel Core 2 Quad).

My budget is around $400. I am just using the build for casual gaming, music/video production, and surfing the web. I'd prefer to see if we could find a board that would support that memory.

Well you see the PSU is more than you need. If your going to stay with that CPU you need to look for a MOBO with a LGA 775 socket. By toning down the PSU price and getting you what you do need we can put that money back into your budget and get you good parts. Your link is also broken.
I think this Seasonic http://www.newegg.co...N82E16817151096 would do you well. Now it is a little bit more and 130W less, but it has a way higher efficiency. Higher 12V rail which is important for the GPU. Of course if you feel that you will need two GPUs than stick with your PSU you previously picked.

I already have the Ultra LSP750 750 Watts power supply, that's the thing. If I could get this one to work with my graphics card/CPU/new MOBO combo, I'd be happy. What mother board could you recommend to me that would work with the gfx card, ram, and CPU I listed? I also said I need to buy a case too. So I guess the size of case would depend on the size mobo?

We need to clear up some confusion here. There is absolutely NO harm done by using a larger PSU than needed. The computer will use only what it needs, not what the PSU is capable of delivering. That is, if the computer (CPU + motherboard + graphics card + RAM + drives)needs 350W, it will draw from the PSU 350W regardless if the PSU is a 500W PSU or a 1000W PSU. And the PSU will draw from the wall 350W, plus overhead due to inefficiency - typically 15 to 20W more per 100w.

While it is true the Seasonic is more efficient, it is also less power for more money. That 750 Ultra is NOT "extremely high" for what you need. Therefore, since you already have this 750W PSU, don't worry about it.

Also, understand a new motherboard generally constitutes a new computer when it comes to software licenses. Therefore, you probably need to budget for a new Windows license and I recommend 64-bit Windows 7.

If you have not bought a CPU yet, I recommend deciding if you want Intel or AMD, then pick your motherboard, then check the board's QVLs - qualified vendors lists for compatible RAM and CPUs.

Everything appears good to go, did you check to make sure the RAM is compatible with the MOBO? Also I like the MOBO its basic, but nice.

Are we to take it that your first parts list is scrapped and you are going for a new build with a different budget? If this is correct, you will need to give some indication of the Motherboards you are thinking of using as you have not listed on.

What happened to the parts you already bought?

The motherboard is listed as part of the CPU combo.

I don't see an OS listed.
