Entire system32 folder is gone!

can anyone please help me with this.. i tried everything i know, like showing hidden files... but still, it didnt work.. my friend told me that maybe i was infected with a virus so i did scan and found some and completely deleted it... but, still system32 is not in windows folder... anyone know how to restore it in that folder.? oh by the way, its there somewhere i know this because it appers when i type it in run...

Did you include system files, have you looked in the Windows folder
