RealPlayer YouTube download problem

Why has my RealPlayer (RealPlayer SP win32 Version 1.1 Build 12.0.0.591) suddenly lost its ability to download videos from YouTube? It no longer even puts up the little control asking me if I want to download the currently displayed video when I scroll the cursor over the video window in YouTube.

Should I simply download a newer version of RealPlayer? Or has YouTube somehow now prevented RealPlayer from downloading its videos?

Or could this have something to do with either of my FLV Players (Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX Version 10.0.45.2, and Applian FLV Player 2.0, build 24)?

Thanks for any help anyone can give.
