BSOD Due to tcpip.sys

my system is showing Blue screen of death and all i'm able to read is tcpip.sys.i have attached all my mini dump files.
Please help me out!

Disable automatic restart on system failure so you can get an error code and hopefully, a file name. Here is how you do it

- Start -> Control Panel -> System
- Click Advanced
- In the Startup and Recovery window, uncheck the check box next to Automatically restart.
- Click OK!

When the computer throws another BSOD, note the information and post it. About the minidump logs, post them in the body of your first post.
