<_< My computer keeps going to blue screen only when I open Aol and any other program, quicker if I open turbo tax or any program that uses the net. The error reads fatal exception oe has occurred at 0167:bff9dfff. I tried bringing down the acceleration, checked my drivers and instaled an extra fan but still nothing. please help.

You might have a bad stick of RAM. Try memtest86. It's a memory testing tool that loads from a bootable floppy.
