OK: Windows Seven on an HP Touchscreen desktop. Several external hard drives. The Windows Media Centre is set to record to one of these, a 1TB drive.

Until last week all was OK: if I set a TV recording it would record to the drive. But the last few days I can set a scheduled record and nothing happens - if I check just after the start time it says "No recordings scheduled."

Moreover, I cannot see the WMC listed in any of the program folders. If I go to start > All programs and rightclick on WMC then select "Open file location" it goes to Cdrive, Windows, ehome.

Any ideas as to what's going on, please?

(The drive, BTW, seems OK - all the recordings previously made are there and play OK)
