I cannot find an email to support & there isn't much info. on the internet about this error.
I'm currently using 10.3.1.55.

Are you getting the upgrade through iTunes software on your computer or their website.

I once had this same problem what you need to do is to un stall the older version of Itunes. Then you can upgrade a newer version of Itunes,
