hey, i bought my new laptop, that was the happiest day in my life.
but, im want to know a bit about mallware and spyware
- whats mallware and spyware?
- how malware and spyware get into my computer
- whats they doing if they get into my computer?
- how to know is there any mallware or spyware in my laptop

this just secondary question :
- why they create such thing?
- are they hate us or wat?

whats mallware and spyware?

Malware stands for Malicious Software which is any software that can cause your system not to react correctly or to perform steps in the background to cause harm to others or yourself.
Spyware is a type of infection where someone has installed a program that allows them to see and control your system unknown to you.

how malware and spyware get into my computer

From the simplest of ways is just by visiting a site that may be infected to downloading from P2P sites. Even sites you have visited before could have been infected by a hacker.

whats they doing if they get into my computer?

They can cause simple stuff like making your video mess up to erasing files, changing programs, causing programs not to work and even to the point of causing your system not work at all.

how to know is there any mallware or spyware in my laptop

Then you would do the following:
I suggest you read the 'Start Here' topic found HERE. With these self-help tools you have a high chance of fixing the problems on your own. If you are still having problems after following Step 3 of the guide, continue with Step 4 and 5 and post in the Malware Forum. If you are unable to run any programs, Please create a topic stating what you have tried so far and that you are unable to run any programs. Also, Please do NOT post the logs in this thread.

If you are still having issues after the malware expert gives you a clean bill of health, Please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
