Hi I´m Diana and yesterday I had this incident with some internet accelerator program that zonealarm wasn´t able to stop. Then after I got the message that this program was inside the computer the machine became REALLY slow, as I never had seen before. Along came this message in a black and red board with the following: [I]Scritp failure. Press left button to continue.

I´ve followed all your recommended steps as usual. Now the black&red warning board doesn´t show up anymore, but the machine is still strangely slow. What could that be? I have just run the panda antivirus, but it´s not supposed to remove treats, just scan, isn´t it? Am I supposed to buy the solution for the removal of the results? I went to their site but I have no idea on how to find the "panda solutions capable of disinfecting the spyware on your PC."

Yes I got a report. In the final result of the scan, i got this message "Your PC contains spyware that ActiveScan cannot disinfect. In order to disinfect it, use one of the Panda solutions capable of disinfecting the spyware on your PC." That´s the question, I don´t know what to do next, as this message has got a link to their site. Thanks!
