how much trouble would it be to move this forum to the hardware section
like right between hardware components & peripherals and system building...
those are the people that would benefit the most from us finding and posting deals

I would agree if the forum were "hot hardware deals", but it's hot tech deals. Could be hardware, could be a cell phone plan, or software deal (NewEgg just had an MBAM promo I should have posted earlier). Hardware specific forums like Hardocp and Anandtech have successful hot deals forums, but they are in off-topic type categories.

I get notifications on anything posted in that forum and I can't remember anything except hardware deals posted
