What is the exact model of Dell netbook please, this will help us with research.
The error you mention can be caused by various items, the HDD, Ram, heat and power supply etc.

Couple of questions for you;
Do you have important data on the SSD that you wish to secure in case the issue is in fact with the drive itself?
Do you have one or two sticks of Ram fitted?
Has the inside of the netbook ever been cleaned out of heat trapping dust?
Try running a Windows memory test http://windows.micro...n-your-computer
Your netbook has a comprehensive diagnostic facility built in - see from page 30 onwards http://support.dell..../M770HA01MR.pdf
