wifi question

I get wifi from across the river from a Marina, I have their permission and the password but the signal is low. Is there something I can buy to boost the signal I am getting from them? any help is appriciated.

Most, if not all will need changes at the source (Marina).

I am not very computer savey so I wasn't sure what was a good product or not. what I would like to find is something to boost it from my end. They don't mind me using their wifi, but they do not want to boost their signal. Thanks for the info!!!

LOL I wouldn't buy a cisco AP if your not computer savey. Many, many different config options with Cisco gear. I would just search for "wireless access point" and go for a cheaper one
