I have some major problems. Please read the following;

1. I had a over-heating problem, where my laptop would overheat very fast (upon high cpu) and restart. When playing games, it would restart in like 10 mins.

So i rebuilt my windows 7, and i replaced my laptop fan by a technician.

Heating problem is fixed (atleast thats what it seems, since i don't feel the same heat i used to).

2. Now when i play games, after a while, with high cpu it restarts.

My laptop also failed the burntest -

What could possibly be the problem, what do i need to fix/replace...?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Nothing overly hot there however was this before or after gaming?
If before then do some gaming and again take and post a screenshot for us please.

Can you provide the actual Acer model name or number so we can do some research, the system shutting down may be the result of inadequate system Ram as the onboard GPU memory is only 256MB when you are gaming the system Ram needs to support the GPU VRam, see canned speech below as to how to get the best Ram recommendations;

Use the Crucial system scanner tool to find the best recommended Ram for your system, no need to purchase from there, write down the details and then post them here http://www.crucial.c...ner/?click=true

Here - http://www.crucial.c...62B69E231D926C3

My laptop is a Acer Aspire 7530

And when it turns off, it does it after a while of playing a game. For example, I could play it for 20-30 mins, then turn the game off, then I could watch a youtube video and all of a sudden it will switch off.

I'm worried it could have something to do with my CPU or motherboard.

Plenty of Ram so that is not the issue.

Yes a noticeable increase in the operating temp but still not at the max, concerns are was a suitable quality and quantity of thermal paste applied correctly when replacing the CPU fan and was the heatsink assembly cleaned adequately before reassembly, this is a time consuming task, see pages 85 to 87 @ http://tim.id.au/lap...530%207530g.pdf

Couple of questions for you;
1: Are you using the original Acer battery and AC adapter.
2: Have you tried removing the battery and using only the AC adapter to power the notebook - result please.
3: Have you tried running the notebook using only the battery and no AC adapter connected - result please.
