I have the latest version of SpyBot. Version 1.4. Now I always run this after I'm done surfing the net. And it always comes up with no immediate threats found. Is this really possible? Does SpyBot automatically block certain files from entering/downloading into my computer?

Here is my HiJackThis log directly after running spybot 1.4

Is there anything I should be worried about?
