First, I just got a new computer (http://www.acer.ca/a...el/PT.SHAP2.006) and with this computer, if I download anything, torrents or direct downloads, the internet in my entire house slows down drasticly. On my old computer, I never had this problem, both computers my download average at 500 kb/s while downloading. But with this new computer EVERY computer suffers...If anyone knows why I would love to be able to fix this.

Also, this computer never seems to go past 10-15% CPU usage in task manager, it just seems kind of low to me for playing games and what not...not sure if it is or not tho..

Any help would be greatly appreciative, Thanks!

Edit: And by every computer suffers I mean on my network
