lets try this...
unplug the modem and router...turn off your computer...wait 2 minutes
then plug in the modem and wait until all the lights are steady...
then plug in the router and wait until all the lights are steady...power up your computer and try connecting to the internet...

You say for me to not stop helping.I do think that I am helping by suggesting that you post in the malware removal forum.You may have to do a bit of a shuffle from pc to pc.But in the End I believe you will be sastisfied with the results.This is one of the most efficient forums that I help out on and I am almost certain that malware is to do with your problem so before you decide to format get an all clear from the malware team.
