I have a Toshiba C655-S5206. I was using my laptop when all of a sudden the screen went white. every time i turn the laptop on it goes to this white screen. I have removed the battery, removed the memory, and the hard drive. tried starting laptop with just the power cable and no battery and no success. Just got this laptop in December. Am stuck and not sure were to go from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi adadof2 ... ..:welcome:
if you just got it in december is it still under warranty...

what happens if you just hold down the escape key as soon as you power up...
Can you try connecting the laptop to another monitor to see if you get anything

Sounds like a graphics chipset problem. As said above, try connecting an external display.
