I have read other messages about removing this problem but when I look at my hijack report, I have similar but different entries. Can someone help me out. Here is my log:

We need to make sure all hidden files are showing so please:* Click Start.
* Open My Computer.
* Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
* Select the View Tab.
* Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
* Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
* Click Yes to confirm.
* Click OK.

Download this tool. Unzip it to your desktop. Don't use it yet.

Please download the Killbox. *In the event you already have Killbox, this is a new version that I need you to download.
Save it to your desktop. Don't use it yet.

Reboot into Safe Mode by restarting your computer and pressing F8 as your computer is booting up. Then select the Safe Mode option.

Run LQfix.

***

Open HijackThis.
Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following (some may already be gone, due to the previously taken steps), making sure you get them all and not any others by mistake:

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Use Windows Explorer to remove these folders:
C:\Program Files\STARR\
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\STARR\
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Drm\

Double-click Killbox.exe to run it.

Select "Delete on Reboot".

Open the Notepad file where you saved the file paths earlier and copy the file paths below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C

C:\windows\system32\elitezka32.exe

Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose "Paste from Clipboard".

Click the red-and-white "Delete File" button. Click "Yes" at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click "No" at the Pending Operations prompt.

If your computer does not restart automatically, please restart it manually.

Download CleanUp!.
If that doesn’t work, use this link.
Don't run the program, we'll do that later.

Go to options
Select ‘custom’
Put a check to:* empty recycle bins
* delete prefetch files
* CleanUp! All users.
Press 'cleanup!'

Once it's done, click Close. Let the system reboot.

Please download and install AdAware SE 1.06.
Check Here on how setup and use it - please make sure you update it first.

Scan with AdAware and let it remove any bad files found.

Post back here in this topic with a fresh log using HijackThis.
