Hi guys, I am a noob here.

I have a dell 1850 poweredge power supply that I would like to adjust the output voltage on.

Does anyone know how to do this (is it possible)?

Can I ask why you would want to adjust the output?
If it was at all possible to adjust the output I would strongly advise against it in any event as not enough output the server will not power up and too much output will fry your MB,CPU and Ram etc.

FWIW: Adjusting any kind of output is something that overclockers do but I have yet to hear of anyone O/Cing a server.
