Hi I have been unable to install .Net 3.5 so decided to try use the clean up utility tool. This worked and removed all versions I had installed.

After this process it says to install all previous verions you had on computer before. So I have tried to install the first the first one it asks me where I want to put the extracted files on my computer? I was wondering if anyone knows the location I should store?

The website I followed to do this was: http://answers.micro...c4-ab90b8bee66e

I also have my log of the clean up I used if needed?

Hope somebody can help, many thanks in advance

See this please

You do not actually usually need to save them .

If however you do wish to save it first, then simply save, to the desktop or a folder and then install later.
  • Do one of the following:
  • To start the installation immediately, click Run.
  • To save the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save.
  • To cancel the installation, click Cancel.
