Hi! I have this External Hard Drive 500GB and has only 98.4 Free Space but when i open it HD there were no files or folder. so i tried to look for help on the net and found this so called windows explorer and follow some steps and i got this.

Screen Shot

The problem is, the files are still hidden and i dont know how to fix it. should i just copy the files inside on those folder and format the HD?

You can un-hide any file or folder by right-clicking on it, going to Properties, then uncheck the box that says Hidden.

I recommend you un-hide all of the files except:
  • Recycled
  • Recycle Bin.bin
  • System Volume Information

That should set ya right.
