We have original files back but you don't have your connection. Let's check services.

NOTE: This fix is custom made for this system only and for current system state! Don't try to run it on another system!

Please close all running programs and Run OTL
  • Under the Custom Scans/Fixes box at the bottom, paste in the following

    :OTL

    :Files
    C:\Windows\System32\pdlndldl.dll
    sc query afd /c
    sc query netbt /c
    sc query tcpip /c
    ipconfig /flushdns /c

    :Commands
    [purity]
    [Reboot]

  • Then click the Run Fix button at the top
  • Let the program run unhindered, reboot the PC when it is done
  • Post the fix log it produces in your next reply or you can find it in C:\_OTL\MovedFiles

Hi soggywaffles,

Looks like you have all services running. You should have your connection back. Let's try this step.

Step 1

Download Windows Repair (all in one) from this site

Install the programme then run

Go to step 2 and allow it to run Disc check
Posted Image

Once that is done then go to step 3 and allow it to run SFC
Posted Image

On the start repairs tab select advanced mode and click start
Posted Image

Leave the preselected items ticked and press start

It's still connecting, but with it still says "unidentified network" and "no internet access".

Let's check other drivers on your system.

Run OTL again

  • Double click on the icon to run it (If running Vista or Windows 7, right click on it and select "Run as an Administrator"). Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
  • Press button named None Posted Image
  • Under the Custom Scan box paste this in

/md5start
tcpip.*
dnsrslvr.*
wscsvc.*
ipsec.*
/md5stop
sc query IPSEC /c

  • Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  • When the scan completes, it will open OTL.Txt. This file is also saved in the same location as OTL.
  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of this file and post it here to me

Looks like you miss one driver. Bad new is that you don't have backup on your system.

Do you have Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium installation disk so we can get this driver from it?

OK. Let's try to replace what we have and hopefully we'll get connection back.

1. Please run The Avenger by Swandog46 one more time.
2. Copy all the text contained in the code box below to your Clipboard by highlighting it and pressing (Ctrl+C):

Files to move:
C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-dns-client_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17570_none_e3a50618e0cfbec0\dnsrslvr.dll | C:\Windows\System32\dnsrslvr.dll
C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-tcpip-binaries_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17697_none_b4d1ffa1c4e682b5\tcpip.sys | C:\Windows\System32\drivers\tcpip.sys
C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-securitycenter-core_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17514_none_1c47c79e105aef4c\wscsvc.dll | C:\Windows\System32\wscsvc.dll

Note: the above code was created specifically for this user. If you are not this user, do NOT follow these directions as they could damage the workings of your system.

3. Now, open the avenger folder and start The Avenger program by clicking on its icon.
  • Right click on the window under Input script here:, and select Paste.
  • You can also click on this window and press (Ctrl+V) to paste the contents of the clipboard.
  • Click on Execute
  • Answer "Yes" twice when prompted.
4. The Avenger will automatically do the following:
  • It will Restart your computer. ( In cases where the code to execute contains "Drivers to Delete", The Avenger will actually restart your system twice.)
  • On reboot, it will briefly open a black command window on your desktop, this is normal.
  • After the restart, it creates a log file that should open with the results of Avenger’s actions. This log file will be located at C:\avenger.txt
  • The Avenger will also have backed up all the files, etc., that you asked it to delete, and will have zipped them and moved the zip archives to C:\avenger\backup.zip.
5. Please copy/paste the content of c:\avenger.txt into your reply.

Restart you system and check your internet connection now.
