I am writing a program for some employee's so they can keep track of client notes using excel. This allows us to sort by date and time etc.

However, the cell size in excel will not allow us to print all of the notes we type into a particular cell. It will only allow so much information to be printed. Can I adjust cell size allowance somehow or is there a different solution?

Couple of solutions.

Double click in between the columns that are causing you problems this will spread out the cell and make it printable

OR

Right click in the cell, goto format cells > Alignment and check the wrap text box.

OR

Goto print preview and play with the settings in set up

one of these should work depending the exact specification of your problem!

Let me know how you get on!
