So I have a studio xps 13 and I installed speedfan on it and enabled dell support from options but I still can't see the rest of the option, what do I do?

Can I ask what you are trying to achieve using Speedfan?
Speedfan is primarily used for desktops and not notebooks as notebooks do not have the same type of hardware and motherboard sensors you will not get the same type of information and utilities that you get from a desktop (see below)

You might check the bios on newer systems as ti will give pretty much the same information as what Speedfan gives.

Are you still having problems with your issue?
It has been 11 days since your last response and I was wondering if the issue has been resolved?
