Can you now rescan the system with DriverMax and attach new screenshots please.
Going through 3 pages trying to keep track of what I have had you install already is getting confusing.

OK now you can start at the top of the list and get the drivers in order making sure to test the system after the two drivers are installed. Remember to reboot after the drivers are installed and before testing the system.

Hello...

I had some problems when I tried to install two drivers which I underlined red (please see screenshots). During installation I got the notice with caution: "Your mouse may not work anymore. Trying to roll back to previous installed driver" or something like that. After reboot I also got a message from Microsoft : "Your computer has been saved from serious error" so luckily all is working ok.

Please tell me what to do next...thank you!

Try downloading and installing the two again to see if it will work this time. The message is a default message that happens whenever the system restarts unexpectedly.

I tried to install them again but I got the same message.

Any ideas?

Try two different ones and see if it works.
