Ok, so recently when scanning my disk (Through Advanced System Care) it started acting up a bit and it BSoD'd. I figure probably because I had a lot of stuff running. When I tried it again, it did the same thing. This Time when I tried it, I used AVG's PC Tune Up and it BSoD'd yet again.

My question is how I can determine what is wrong with it, and how to fix it.

The first things that you can do is uninstall AVG and Advanced System Care Here is the removal tool for AVG.

Then please install Avast .

Or Avira.
http://www.avira.com...-free-antivirus

Then Run Checkdisk The Correct Way.
Start - All Programs - Accessories and right click on Command Prompt, select "Run as Administrator" to open a command prompt.Copy and paste the below into the command prompt window hitting ENTER After The Sfc /scannow Command.
SFC /SCANNOW
IF SFC /Scannow finds any issues with your machine then please visit the windows update site.

Run CHKDSK /R In a command prompt window. Hit the start button then type cmd (Run As Admin)in the run box when the command prompt opens type or copy and paste the following. CHKDSK /R Reply Y when asked if you want this to happen on the next boot.Now Type Exit and Reboot your machine.
