C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Downloads\CVTx2DVD\CVTx2DVD\ConvertXtoDVD_4_Keygen.exe

Keygens are the road to ruin, they are an excellent vector for malware

The blocked ip is to sharktech in the US which is a service provider and hosts a lot of different websites, of which so far I have found none that are actively involved with malware

Sharktech was established in 2003 in order to offer a complete package of high-transfer server hosting, DDOS Filtering and Managed Services at affordable prices.

The other problem is that MBAM does not tell you what is trying to make the connection. When I was running MBAM it was stopping Avast from using some of its update servers which confused me a tad

At the moment all my scans are returning clean are there any other symptoms being displayed

From what I can gather a few years ago one of their clients was sending out spam which may be why MBAM is blacklisting them

I did a scan of Sharknet today and this is the result

If Avast was still alerting then I would be concerned but, at the end of the day the choice is yours as I can find no malware present on the system
