Missing Word Art Gallery

Word Art Gallery in Office 2010 has disappeared Previously worked perfectly. When click insert/ Word Art/ only get single Capital letters in different colours. Have uninstalled and re-installed Office 2010 and updated the prog but still no Word Art Gallery. Can anyone help please?
