Hello there

I am now unable to access more and more sites. I now can't access www.northernrock.co.uk (an english bank site), my browser (both I.E. and Mozilla) both just shut down and the window closes.

I have been on loads of help sites and this seems to be happening to lots of people, but no-one has got a solution. I was wondering if it's as a results of installing spyware?

Anyone, help please!! It's driving me mad.
