• If a name brand system then what brand, make and model is the system?
• If custom built then what brand, make and model is the motherboard
• Total memory installed
• Total hard drive capacity and free space
• What steps have you taken so far to resolve the issue
• When was the first indication of the issue

what are you doing when you get the error message...
have you tried system restore yet...if not do so now...go back about a week prior the the time you first saw the error...
