what happen this android applet

Hi everyone.

I trying to figure out what happen with this android applet, I turn it on and just the android green simbol is dancing in the screen and nothing happen after that. someone can tell me what is going on with this.

Ps. I attach the pic of the android applet after is turn on.

Thanks for any help that someone can give me with this.
