Virus is scattered everywhere in the internet. Is there a possibility that I could open suspected virus file in a secure way. Those files include PDF files, games, and also some websites. Please do help me because I am really concerned about the state of my computer.

Are you asking how to better protect your PC, just in case you happen to come across a nasty, or are you looking to play with the naughty files themselves?
