Hard drive configuration issues?

Hi. I am new and I really need help. Can't find anyone too help me on web.

I added a hard drive a few weeks ago and everything was great until I let someone talk me into re formatting the 2nd from FAT32 to NTFS.
C drive is only 3.5gb E,F is partitioned and @ 20gb total. Yesterday my C drive started filling up w/ lots of immovable files and I am down to 17% free space. Please somone help!
