Whilst trying to install Acrobat reader today, I was prompted with the attached error. Can someone help? The Windows help files were useless as usual.

Thanks very much for that. I downloaded that file and tried to install it, but I got an error telling me that the SP files I already had were more current than that or something along those lines. I uninstalled SP2, then installed that file (probably didn't need to but anyway) and then reinstalled SP2. Now it's all systems go. Thanks Murray!
